    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Adwaizer Platform operated by Adwaizer AI Consulting Inc. (“Adwaizer,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Services

    Adwaizer provides AI strategy courses, hands-on labs, learning tools, and community access. Course content, lab environments, and platform features may change as we improve the platform.

    2. Accounts

    You must create an account to access course content beyond Module 1 previews. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

    3. Subscriptions & Payments

    • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
    • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription if no course content beyond Module 1 has been accessed
    • Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
    • Use the Prompt Playground or lab environments for purposes unrelated to learning
    • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
    • Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content in comments or reviews
    • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content

    5. Intellectual Property

    All course content, platform design, frameworks, and methodologies are owned by Adwaizer AI Consulting Inc. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own learning. Capstone projects and lab outputs you create are yours.

    6. Community Guidelines

    Lesson comments and course reviews are moderated. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Adwaizer’s total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

    9. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
