    1. Have you named one specific task or process where AI could save time or money?
    2. Have you compared more than one possible use of AI and ranked them on clear criteria, such as time saved, cost and risk?
    3. Do you know today's numbers for that task, such as hours a week, cost or error rate?
    4. Is the information the task needs (documents, records, emails) in digital form your team can reach?
