HOW THE MONEY WORKS
A $500M federal program (launched 2026) helping 1,000+ Canadian SMEs adopt AI. The Digital Transformation & AI track — for businesses with $1M+ in revenue — finances software AI projects with loans from $25,000 to $5 million, with principal deferrable up to two years and BDC advisory included. (A separate Productivity & Equipment track funds robotics and automation for $5M+ firms.) BDC offers preferential rates and terms for technology sourced from Canadian suppliers or integrators; conditions apply.
Delivered in Ontario by FedDev Ontario. Terms in the last intake (2024) were up to 50% of eligible costs, repayable; the next intake's terms are not yet published. The June 2026 AI for All strategy includes a $500M national expansion. We'll tell you when an intake opens.

No. Adwaizer is a private AI consultancy. We help you access BDC LIFT and federal programs, but eligibility, amounts, and rates are decided solely by BDC and the relevant agency.
LIFT is financing (a loan with deferrable principal). RAII's last intake (2024) offered repayable contributions; the next intake's terms are not yet published. We'll show you the numbers before you commit to anything.
LIFT's main track needs $1M+, but we have a fixed-fee AI Readiness Sprint to get you started, and we'll flag RAII or other options as you grow.
Whether off-the-shelf tools alone qualify for funding is up to each program, so ask the program. We can scope an integration around them.
No. We don't prepare or charge for funding applications, and grant programs require a competitive process to engage a consultant. We provide information on the programs; the paid work is the build.
